We know how to do things the right way

The Australian visa system is complex and constantly changing. It’s important that you seek professional advice to ensure that you have up-to-date information, realistic expectations, and the very best chance of success.

From your initial contact with us: We will get some basic information about you, and arrange a suitable time for a meeting (for clients who are in Australia), or request more detailed information about your current situation and future plans and goals (for clients who are interstate or overseas).

Provide you with advice: Based on the information you provide us, we will give you honest, easy to understand advice about the best visa option for you, including any alternative pathways. You’ll receive information about the visa requirements, timeframes for processing, fees, and any entitlements or conditions of the visa.

Preparing the application: We will prepare all of the necessary application forms, and assist you in gathering the supporting documentation. We are able to certify your photocopied documents in our office provided we sight the original.

Lodgement:?Your application will be reviewed to ensure that all requirements are met and sufficient supporting documentation has been provided. We’ll arrange document translations, medical examinations, and Australian police clearance certificates (where required). Once lodged, most visas receive a confirmation letter from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).

Progress and decision: In some cases there is a lengthy wait before your visa will be considered by DIAC. We will communicate with DIAC on your behalf in order to manage the progress of your case, and will notify you of any additional requests or requirements in order to reach a visa decision.
